MuffleTimber | Acoustic Slat Wood Wall Panel - Classic Oak (Black Felt)

Our wooden panels have a straightforward installation method that makes it quick, simple, and easy to create eye-catching wood walls in any interior.

Alongside their stunning appearance, these wooden panels feature a sound absorbing felt backing that helps to reduce echo and excessive background noise within a space. Not only will you create a sleek and modern aesthetic, but you’ll also help to improve sound and create a more comfortable overall environment.

Materials

Our acoustic wooden panels don’t contain any harmful chemicals and we always use high-quality materials that are gentle on the environment.

The base of our acoustic wooden panel is a 9mm thick black felt obtained from a plastic recycling process. Certified in accordance with Global Recycle Standards, the felt backing does not contain any harmful substances (e.g., formaldehyde, pentachlorophenol).

Dimensions (mm): 2400 x 600 x 15

The timber slats consist of 10 mm thick MDF / Plywood strips which are finished with veneer. Theses slats are 2400mm x 27mm wide and 13mm apart.

MuffleTimber can be cut to fit should your wall or ceiling be shorter than 2400mm. Simply saw the panel at the height required, then install.

The maximum tolerance in the panel dimensions is +/- 1 mm.

Installation

Our acoustic wooden panels can be installed using a strong, quality adhesive glue or can be screwed into the wall or ceiling. This makes installation fast and easy. For installations aiming to align slats end-to-end seamlessly, we highly recommend maintaining a 3-5mm shadow gap, whether for walls or ceilings.
