MuffleTimber | Acoustic Slat Wood Wall Panel - Mahogany (Black Felt)

Materials

MuffleTimber panels are free from harmful chemicals and materials.

The backing of our timber panels consists of 9mm thick black felt made from up to 40% recycled materials. The felt backing is certified in accordance with the requirements of the Global Recycle Standards – meaning they contain no substances that are harmful to health, such as formaldehyde and pentachlorophenol.

Dimensions (mm): 2400 x 600 x 22

The timber slats are 12mm thick and made from MDF / Plywood strips that are finished with veneer. Theses slats are 2400mm x 27mm wide and 13mm apart.

The timber panels are easy to trim down to achieve the perfect fit on your wall or ceiling. If the height of your surface is less than 2400mm, you can use a saw to trim the wall panel to cover the required size.

The maximum tolerance in the panel dimensions is +/- 1 mm.

Installation

MuffleTimber can be installed with screws or applied with adhesive to offer a fast and simple installation process. For installations aiming to align slats end-to-end seamlessly, we highly recommend maintaining a 3-5mm shadow gap, whether for walls or ceilings.
